Official Rules and Regulations
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. SWEEPSTAKES. The “Great Programs, Great Value” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on February 10, 2010 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Easter Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 28, 2010 (“Entry Period”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Syndicated Network Television Association, Inc. (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is subject to the eligibility guidelines below.

2. ELIGIBILITY. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, EMPLOYED BY AN ADVERTISER, ADVERTISING AGENCY AND/OR MEDIA PLANNING/BUYING COMPANY, AND WHOSE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE RECOMMENDING AND/OR PURCHASING NATIONAL TELEVISION COMMERCIAL TIME, AS OF THE DATE OF ENTRY AND THE TIME THE PRIZE IS AWARDED. Employees, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its member companies and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion/marketing agencies, public relations and fulfillment companies, and any other party associated with the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and members of their same households (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.

3. HOW TO ENTER. (a) Visit Sponsor's website at http://www.snta.com (the “Site”) and click on the Sweepstakes icon or attend the ANA (Association of National Advertisers) conference1 (the “Conference”) and (b) answer the four (4) questions about syndicated television (“Questions”) posted on the Site or set forth on the questionnaire distributed at the Conference. After answering the Questions, complete the information required on the official entry form (e.g., full name, phone number (including area code), complete postal home address, e-mail address, company name and job title) (“Entry Form”) located on the Site or provided at the Conference and then submit answers to the Questions together with the completed Entry Form by clicking the “submit” button or providing it to an authorized representative of Sponsor. ENTRANTS WHO SUBMIT A COMPLETED ENTRY FORM AND CORRECTLY ANSWER ALL OF THE QUESTIONS DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD WILL BE ENTERED IN THE DRAWING. Entries (i.e., Questions and Entry Form) must be received by 5:00 p.m. EDT on April 28, 2010 to be eligible. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities and registrations, or any other methods, will disqualify all such entries. No form of entry other than as specified herein is permitted. Online entry must be made by the entrant only at the authorized Site address listed above. Use of any automated system to participate (e.g., robotic, automated, programmed or like methods) is prohibited and will result in disqualification, voiding all such entries by such methods.

Neither Sponsor nor its agents or representatives is responsible for (a) typographical errors, omitted details or any other errors submitted by entrants; (b) lost, late, illegible, incorrect, incomplete, misdirected, misaddressed, garbled or otherwise mutilated, stolen or delayed entries; (c) errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, destruction, theft or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries or other problems (whether due to technical problems or human error (or any combination thereof)); or (d) telephonic, mechanical, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries. Without limiting anything set out elsewhere in these Official Rules, in case of any dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Any entrant may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address associated with his/her entry. An entrant’s entry will be disqualified, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, if he/she attempts to (a) enter the Sweepstakes through any means other than described in these Official Rules; or (b) disrupt the Sweepstakes, circumvent the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, or in any way tamper with any component of the Sweepstakes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Official Rules, Sponsor further reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or cancel the Sweepstakes, or any portion thereof, if it cannot be run as originally planned, including by reason of tampering, unauthorized intervention or fraud; infection by computer virus; malicious software attacks, bugs or other problems; or force majeure or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which impair the integrity or corrupt the administration or security of the Sweepstakes. In such event, the Sweepstakes shall be conducted from among all eligible entries received prior to suspension, modification or cancellation, if any, prior to the date on which the event that compromised the Sweepstakes occurred as follows: the winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (as appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor, in which event, notice will be posted on the Site.

Entries received after the close of the Entry Period will not be considered. Entries not complying in all respects with the Official Rules are subject to disqualification. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual failing to comply with any provision in these Official Rules. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees on behalf of himself/herself, and his/her executors and heirs that he/she has no right to bring, and covenants not to bring, any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against the Released Parties (as defined below). Proof of submitting an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE. Three (3) Apple® products with an approximate retail value (ARV) of between $400 and $600 each. Total ARV: $1200-$1800. All prizes are subject to the restrictions set forth in these Official Rules.

5. PRIZE RESTRICTIONS. Limit of one prize per person. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize or prizes of equal or greater value for any and all prizes. No other substitutions or cash equivalents allowed unless specifically authorized by Sponsor. Prizes may not be assigned or transferred. Winners are solely responsible for all expenses, costs and fees associated with acceptance and/or use of a prize(s) including, without limitation, reporting and paying any and all applicable federal, state and local income and other taxes.

Prizes consist of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. All federal, state and local laws apply. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of any Sweepstakes materials of any prize. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued to a winner and winner may be required to provide his/her social security number for reporting purposes. Prizes may be claimed by the Sweepstakes winner only, and must be claimed within the specified time frame or will be forfeited. Correspondence will not be acknowledged. All prizes will be awarded.

6. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION. On or about April 30, 2010, Enteractive Solutions Group, an independent judging organization, will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone, e-mail and/or postal mail in Sponsor’s sole discretion no later than May 3, 2010. If a potential winner(s) cannot be reached within two (2) business days from the date of the drawing, upon return of any prize notification as undeliverable or if such potential winner(s) is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be announced publicly on or about May 10, 2010.

Each potential winner will be required to complete and submit an affidavit of eligibility, release of liability and, if legally permissible, a publicity release and other documentation as required by Sponsor (“Release Documents”). Unless restricted by law, the Release Documents must be signed, notarized and returned within the time period specified therein or winner(s) may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected by random drawing. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agents, representatives and designees to use each winner's name, image/likeness, photograph and biographical material for advertising, trade and other promotional purposes throughout the world, in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised, without notice, compensation or consideration (except where prohibited by law).

Decisions of Sponsor and judging organization are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes and not open to appeal. An alternate entrant may be randomly selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a selected entrant: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails to return the Release Documents in a timely manner as required pursuant to these Official Rules; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the prize for any reason. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the execution of required Release Documents and any other documentation required by Sponsor within the timeframe specified by Sponsor, such individual will be declared a “winner” of the Sweepstakes. Prizes will be shipped to the address an entrant submits with his/her entry.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New York. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant, on behalf of himself/herself, and his/her executors and heirs, agrees (a) to be bound and abide by these Official Rules and by all decisions of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and not open to appeal; (b) to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, its member companies, and its and their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, members, shareholders, agents, representatives, employees, suppliers, agencies, successors, assigns, licensors, advertising, promotional, or judging agencies and any prize-sponsoring agency (collectively, “Released Parties”), from any and all liability whatsoever in connection with or related to this Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, from any and all causes of action, liabilities, suits , claims (including but not limited to, third party claims that may be made against entrants, and claims arising out of or relating to acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or any publicity or other public exposure of entrants, including without limitation, claims concerning infringement or invasion of entrants’ privacy or publicity rights, or defamation, or acts undertaken in preparation for, or participation in, the Sweepstakes), cross-claims or counterclaims, costs, injuries, losses or damages or demands of any kind (including without limitation personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light) (collectively, “Claims”), WHETHER OR NOT ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF A RELEASED PARTY; (c) to assume all risks, express or implied, associated with all Claims released above, including without limitation, all risks concerning entry into and participation in the Sweepstakes; and (d) that NEITHER SPONSOR, NOR ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES HAVE MADE OR MAKE OR ARE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, RELATIVE TO THE SWEEPSTAKES OR A PRIZE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ITS QUALITY OR FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY, AND ALL PRIZES ARE TENDERED TO ENTRANTS ON AN “AS IS” BASIS. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face of any Sweepstakes materials of any prize.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLDUING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

8. OFFICIAL RULES/WINNERS LIST. A copy of the Official Rules will be posted on the Site during the Entry Period. For a list of the winners and/or a hard copy of the Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Syndicated Network Television Association, Inc., Attn: "Great Programs, Great Value Sweepstakes," "Rules" or "Winners List" (specify which), One Penn Plaza, Suite 5310, New York, NY 10119. All requests must be received by June 10, 2010. Vermont residents may omit return postage.
